We understand that plans change—whether you’ve spotted a different snapback style, need a size adjustment, or entered the wrong address. While we are here to help, our efficient fulfillment process means there is a very narrow window for modifications.

- Cancellations: Only possible before the order enters the "Shipping Process" (usually within 2-4 hours).
- Changes: Address or item changes (e.g., swapping a Beanie for a Trucker hat) can only be made before the order is packed.
- Post-Shipment: Once a tracking number is generated, we cannot stop the package. You must follow our Return Policy.
1. Our Fulfillment Timeline
To provide a premium service, our warehouse team begins picking and packing shortly after your order is confirmed. Once a shipping label is created and the headwear is boxed, the order is locked in our system.
We cannot guarantee any change or cancellation request will be successful. The speed of our logistics means "immediate action" is required on your part.
2. How to Request a Modification
Required Steps:
1. Act Immediately: Email us at support@oceancitylove.com as soon as you realize a change is needed.
2. Use a Clear Subject: Use URGENT followed by your Order Number (e.g., "URGENT: Cancel Order #12345").
3. Provide Details: Clearly state what needs to be changed (e.g., "Change shipping address to..." or "Change size from S/M to L/XL").

If Successfully Canceled: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
If Successfully Changed: We will update your order details and send a revised confirmation email. Please note that changing items may slightly delay shipping by 24 hours.
If Too Late: If your hat has already been shipped, you may either refuse the delivery or wait for it to arrive and initiate a return via our 40-day return window.
4. Frequently Asked Questions
Unfortunately, our system doesn't allow adding items once an order is placed. Please place a new order for the additional headwear.
Discount codes are generally single-use. If you cancel your entire order, we can usually re-activate the code for you—just ask our support team.
