Orders & Payments
Q1: How do I place an order on Oceancitylove?
Ordering is easy. Browse our collection of men's hats, including baseball caps, bucket hats, beanies, snapback caps, and other fashion headwear. Select your preferred style, color, and quantity, then click Add to Cart. When you're ready, go to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and submit your order. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully placed.
Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods for a convenient checkout experience, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure checkout methods that may appear at checkout. Available payment methods can vary depending on your location and device.
Q3: Is it safe to use my card on your website?
Yes. Oceancitylove uses secure checkout technology, including SSL encryption, to protect your information during checkout. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled through trusted third-party payment providers.
Q4: Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Because we begin processing orders quickly, order changes or cancellations are only possible before the order enters the packing or shipping stage. If you need help, email us immediately at support@oceancitylove.com with your order number and request. If the package has already shipped, please follow our return process after delivery.
Q5: Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax may apply depending on your shipping destination and applicable local laws. Any tax due will be calculated automatically and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping
Q6: What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $7.00 for orders within the United States. Handling time is generally 1–4 business days, and shipping transit time is typically 5–8 business days. Total estimated delivery time is usually 6–12 business days from order confirmation.
Q7: Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
In many cases, we can ship to P.O. boxes and certain APO/FPO addresses through carriers that support those destinations. Shipping availability may depend on the item, package size, and carrier service. Please make sure your address is entered completely and correctly at checkout.
Q8: How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. If you created an account, you may also be able to view your order status there. If you need help locating tracking details, contact us with your order number.
Q9: What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. If your men's hat or accessory arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and help according to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Returns & Refunds
Q10: What is your return policy?
We offer a 40-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include any original tags or packaging when applicable. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Q11: How do I start a return?
To request a return, email support@oceancitylove.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. Our support team will provide the next steps, including return instructions and the return address if your request is eligible.
Q12: When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. After the refund is issued, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the credit to your original payment method.
Q13: Can I exchange a hat for a different color or style?
We may not always be able to offer direct exchanges. In most cases, the quickest option is to request a return for the original item if eligible and place a new order for the preferred style, size, or color.
Products & Sizing
Q14: How do I choose the right hat size?
Product pages may include sizing or fit information when available. We recommend reviewing the product description carefully and measuring your head circumference if needed before ordering. If you are unsure about fit, feel free to contact our support team for guidance before purchase.
Q15: Are the colors shown in product photos accurate?
We do our best to display our men's hats and accessories as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography variations.
Q16: How should I care for my Oceancitylove hat?
Care instructions may vary by material and hat style. In general, we recommend gentle spot cleaning with a soft cloth, avoiding harsh chemicals, and allowing the hat to air dry naturally. Avoid machine washing unless the specific product care instructions say otherwise.
Account & Technical
Q17: Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest. Creating an account is optional, but it can make future checkouts faster and may help you review your order history more easily.
Q18: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click the Forgot your password? link and enter the email address associated with your account. We will send you instructions to reset your password. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Q20: Do you have a physical store?
At this time, Oceancitylove operates as an online store only. We do not currently have a public retail location for in-person shopping. Our listed address is used for business and order support purposes.
