These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user," "customer," or "you") and Bookdar regarding your use of the Site and the purchase of our products, including but not limited to Crop Tops, Skirts, and Leg Pants.

Pricing: All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping costs, which will be added at checkout. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

All orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
