At Oceancitylove, we are committed to delivering our men's fashion hats and headwear accessories in a timely, secure, and transparent manner. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and ship orders so you know what to expect from checkout to delivery. All shipping details shown on this page are intended to match the information provided during checkout.

1. Processing Time (Handling)

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This handling period includes order verification, inventory confirmation, quality review, and packaging of products such as baseball caps, bucket hats, snapback caps, beanies, and other men's headwear.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST or on Saturday or Sunday will generally begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods such as special promotions, holidays, or new collection launches, processing may take the full 4 business days.

2. Shipping Time (Transit) & Delivery Estimates

After your order is handed over to the carrier, the estimated transit time is 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, local carrier conditions, weather events, seasonal demand, or service disruptions. The table below provides general delivery estimates by region within the United States.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. These delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Cost

We offer a simple and transparent shipping rate of $7.00 USD for all orders shipped within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. This flat rate includes packaging, handling, and shipping charges. The exact shipping fee will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Shipping Carriers

Oceancitylove works with reliable shipping partners to deliver our men's hats safely and efficiently. Depending on the destination, order size, and service availability, we may use one of the following carriers:

  • USPS – Priority Mail or First-Class Package Service
  • UPS – Ground or SurePost
  • FedEx – Ground Economy or similar services

Tracking details will be sent to you after shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking page to reflect the latest scan information.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and shipping carrier information. If you created an account on our website, you may also be able to review your order status there. If you need help tracking a package, please contact us at support@oceancitylove.com and include your order number.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Oceancitylove is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@oceancitylove.com. We will do our best to update the information before the package ships, but changes may not be possible once the shipment has entered the carrier network.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the carrier but later reported lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package safely. If your order appears lost while still in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can help review the issue and, when appropriate, initiate a carrier claim.

Damaged Items: If your men's hat or accessory arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@oceancitylove.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the situation and assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

At this time, Oceancitylove ships only within the United States, including U.S. states and select territories. We do not currently offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
